Wexholm Strategy started from a simple frustration: businesses were paying large deposits for strategy work they couldn't evaluate until it was too late. Good ideas got buried in decks, timelines slipped, and the invoice arrived either way.
So we designed the practice around delivery. We agree the scope and milestones in writing, do the work, and only bill once each milestone is delivered and approved. If we can't finish, you're refunded for anything paid but undelivered. That discipline forces us to be precise about what we promise — and it means our incentives and yours point the same direction.
