Every project opens with a consult at no cost. Scope and milestones are agreed in writing before anything begins.
We invoice only after a milestone is delivered, revised as needed, and approved. No deposits, no upfront payment.
If a project can't be completed, you get a pro rata refund for any paid-but-undelivered milestone.
Work done but short of a milestone isn't charged. Payments run securely through Stripe and PayPal.
